I need the bolt that goes to the wiper door switch on the firewall.
This bolt hits the switch and tells the wipers that the door is open
and it is ok for the wipers to do thier job. I have a hex head bolt in
there right now and it just looks out of place and I would like an
original style if I can get one.

Does this bolt mount on the lower side of the motor on the passenger side? If so, mine is gone, which explains why I have to raise the door before I put the wipers on.
I found this @ Corvette Central:

It is a flat-topped bolt with 2 nuts. Is this it? It's a little pricy for one bolt, but it seems pretty specific. I guess I'll need one too.

That is about the closest one I have seen so far. It is shaped a little
different but that would work. Mine was painted black like the color of
the firewall.
