I know there aren't many of these around, but if I could find one, that would be super!

#7041205 fits the '71 LS-5 with M/T.

Maybe I could swap my Holley for this one?? Worth asking.

I have a freshly re-built q-jet i took off my `69. it`s a small block car. I haven`t check the #`s on it yet. but if so i`d rather someone use it than sit in a box in the garage.

I was in the same situation you were, looking everywhere for this particular on, since I own a '71 LS5 with M/T. I did a lot of Google searching with that no. and finally found a guy who did restorations of Olds Toronados, which use Quadrajets, in Wisconsin, I think. He had people looking for Q's for him and he ended up with a 7041205 and put it on his web site, where my Google search found it. It was date coded correctly and he did a great job restoring/rebuilding it.

I'm on the road now and away from my computer and records, but when I get back in a couple of weeks, I'll look him up and send you an email. Who knows, he might have another one. I found that Chicago Corvettes also has them, but they're pretty pricey.
