Hmmmm. It was on the 78 SA I looked at last week. That was the reason I knew about it, I was told there was no tilt because they saw the steering wheel.

Standard no-tilt column got the "Vega" steering wheel, at least 77-79. Just not that many of them out there. 80s had the tilt standard equipment.
