Seriously if you want to check on the chrome bumper e-mail the fellow for pics. We have a few friends in GA.... like maybe Chuck Webster (chucks7d8) that might be willing to help you out. He lives in Warner Robbins, Ga. and is retired and as nice as they come.

If you want me to check on the Tan car I will. Go ahead and contact the seller and see what he has to say about the car. If you are still interested tell him I will contact him and set up a time to come and take a look at it for you.

OK, I wanted the car really really bad. BUT..... it is rusting like hell. I can see what you guys are talking about now. The paint on it it still pretty good and the interior is in nice shape but the birdcage and frame is rusting badly. If you look at pictures 46 and 48 of the birdcage, you can see a piece of rusted metal that has separated and is falling off.

Plus it had a few weird noise which one he was told was the emergency brake that needed to be replaced and the other was a squealing, like a belt or something.

Boy did I want to drive that one home but you guys taught me well so far. It was a very nice car, and I got to REALLY drive it. I only took it to 60 but I found an industrial park and floored it to 60. After that ride, I HAVE to have a Vette now, no ifs ands or buts. Problem is once I buy it I won't be able to drive it because I won't have a license anymore.LOL

I think I am going to have you do it. I will contact him and let you know. Nothing good is coming up around here. I really do like the pinstriping and it is very clean.

As for the black one, it is very pretty but black to me on a Vette doesn't make it stand out like it should. The hood is very nice and so is the paint job. Also, after driving the 4 speed today like I should have, I am not getting an auto, no way.
