Vette(s): 1982 C3 Collectors Edition 44000 miles, sat in the sun most of its life, My wife purchased it for me for Father's Day in 2007 from her girlfriend that had it for 19 years. It is on the road again. I'm retired but it is now my daily driver.
Try this guy out he is in San Diego. If he has one and you want me to eyeball it or take some pictures and sent them to you let me know. He is 3 miles from my house. I have gotten a couple of parts from him that were not available anywhere (EGR Solenoid for my 82 was the last one) vettsteve@aol.com.

Spoke to Bill this morning and he has a speedometer (speeding it's way to me).
