It appears that someone took the "Anything worth doing is worth doing to excess" mantra just a smidgen too literally...
It's a little too wild fer MY tastes, but...I will say this. The work done appears to have been done very professionally. It don't look like a Bubba special...They could have left the crap off the top/rear, and had a decent, '70s era custom. Ya'll remember the '70s, don't-cha?
As a custom show car, it's a big hit. I doubt it is intended as a driver...even for Luke Skywalker...

I can live with the front of it. But the back looks like the back end of many live critters. Or perhaps what comes out of them.
