Wanted '69 taillight panel - NOS?

I need to find a '69 complete rear taillight panel and the lower valance under it for a sidepipe car. I would need it to be nos or would buy the entire rear end if it was off a perfect car. This is to repair a very rare Motion Vette so I want to do it "Right". I also need the drivers black door panel for a elect window car. I also need a '70 LF grill assy in like new condition.

I know of a guy who had a NOS black glass exhaust panel for a side pipe car for sale a few months back. His name is Larry Steiner and he can be reached at vettedeals@cableone.net. He is located in Chino Valley, Arizona. I bought a NOS non-side pipe exhaust panel from him a few months back. If you come across another 1969 black glass NOS tail light panel, let me know. I am trying to find out how it came to be in Dallas Tx. where I have hit a dead end on tracing it back any further. Does anyone on here have access to texas MV records?
