Want to trade a c4 for my 77 auto l48 ?

I LOVE my vette... But I AM  child of the late 80's and early 90's.. I've always wanted a c4 vette. I plan on uploading somepics to my webserver so you can see the car.. It's got 82k on it. all # mach (less the color change from medium met blue to classic white) ..and the engine is the cleanest I've ever seen.. The car has had the from clip replaced some 10 years ago. the guy did a proper job. the car runs great and I love to drive it...
Red interior. service records from prior owner. runs Very good.

So...what particular C4 am ya lookin for?

 A 6 speed 86 or later (non crossfire) That runs as good as my 77' I suppoe I may be open to an auto...
The miles aren't a HUGE factor..
But less that 100k is optimal.
Good paint is important and bonus for targas / verts (are they all targa?)

Unfortunately you have the lowest HP (180) Vette made. From your pics it looks very nice. I did a little looking around and that year, in great condition and well optioned is running aroung 10-12K. You may be able to even up for a 84-85 C4 in fair condition but going past that year you will need to pony up some $$. Any C4 will outperform your '77.

Good luck and keep looking for the '73, you will be happier with that.

Thanks, I think you may be correct.. I use ebay for a real time price tool.. it seems that I should get a fairly Nice price for it on there.... and I see that in general c4's seem to go for far less.... I think that long term the c4's will go up... it's just that their in a price Lul right now... but over all they are both cool cars...

A lost post stated the the 53 vette had 165 hp....
and the 75 was lower than the 77 as well. ;)
