Vette(s): 1979 Black coupe. 11256 original, documented, miles on it when I bought it in April of 2000. It now has 13100 on it. Oyster interior, like new. Everything original, everything works, except the clock. Paint has a couple of minor flaws.
Well guys and gals,

I did the unthinkable, and sold the vette. I almost cried as it was going down the road. The first guy that came to look at it bought it, and I think he got an excellant car. I got my asking price, and he didn't even try to get me lower. He said he has looked for a long time, and never saw a better one. It was a great car, and I'm sure he will be happy with it. I did have the carburator overhauled, and it ran a lot better.

Good luck with the vettes,

I've managed to keep the 68 for 17 years, even through divorce and being a single parent. I have also sold a few over the last few years. It's kind of sad to see them go, but there will always be another, better, faster, stronger........... |cheers|
