Looking for the drivers side Smog manifold which connects to the exhaust manifold and connects to smog pump This is a 73 with a 350 L48 4speed. Not sure what other years would work. Does any one out there know? I am a new comer on c3. I am also a first time vette owner. Have always wanted a vette and finally bought one at the age of 40. I am not a brilliant mech. but with some direction I do get by o.k. Wish I had gotten into vettes at an earlier age! Definately the nicest looking car on the road.

Vette(s): 1979 Black coupe. 11256 original, documented, miles on it when I bought it in April of 2000. It now has 13100 on it. Oyster interior, like new. Everything original, everything works, except the clock. Paint has a couple of minor flaws.

Welcome to c3vr. I too was a first time owner at a ripe old age. Only I was 57 when I got my first one. Great cars, and a lot of fun to drive.
good Luck with the 73.

By your description, it sounds like you need the AIR Tube Assembly. The Paragon catalog lists the same part number for '66 through '74 327 and 350 engines. If you wish to order, Paragon (800-882-4688) lists the pair for $110. Otherwise, I am sure most other corvette suppliers also carry them. Good Luck.

Thanks for the reply I have been on c3 many times and forgot where I had asked the question about the smog tube. Thanks again!
