Vette(s): Silver 1974 Convertible - L82 4 speed Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses. 2008 Jetstream Blue Convertible
I have a number of Corvette items I've been meaning to get on e-bay and just haven't made the time (although they are offering free posting fees through the end of September!!).  I was wondering - does MAM have any issue with selling things (or trying to) next to your car?  Or would it just be bad taste?

I've got a radiator overflow, a washer bucket, some speedo/tach tunnels, and some literature.  Am I better off just putting the stuff on e-bay?

I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

Never seen it done Marshall in the parking lot an I've been goin since 97. I think they would probally say something. They are constantly monitoring the lot for the Corvette Corall.

On the other hand about all they would say would probally amount to telling you about Swapfest which is designed for just that purpose and sponsored by MAM.

Thanks.  I'll probably be too busy with everything else anyway.  I was just thinking it would be nice to avoid the hassle of shipping with e-bay - I had a busy week there last week.  I made almost $400, but now I've got 10 things to ship!!

Hi;

I saw your add in the forum about having some parts. Would they happen to be for early models corvettes?

Thanks

Call them and ask.  No harm done.

FWIW:  As for ebay opposed to Funfest, I may not go to Effingham this year, but I sure as heck surf ebay for parts.  I would be apt to find you on ebay and miss you in September.

The only item I have left for sale is a lower valance for a '74 (not sure what other years it would fit).  I sold the rest of my items on e-bay over the last few weeks (needed holiday spending $$)
