I hand port and gasket match stock crossfire intake manifolds, this adds up to 22 horsepower. It also improves your top end rpm capability. The stock manifold is well known for being extremely restricted. However this can be corrected by removing all the factory restrictions. You will notice the difference over stock. $400 plus shipping. I also leave the EGR system partially intact where others don’t because I feel it’s necessary and has a minimal effect on flow and gained horsepower. I shorten the runners and tune their lengths, some others don’t do that either.

Manifold cost from junkyard: $150
Manifold shipping cost, from Ebay: $30
Porting supplies: $15
Manual labor: 35 hours
Labor: $255/35 = $7.29 per hour
Current total cost including shipping: $450
Can use Apple Cash and manifold is to be sold “as is” will ship the cover too if you want it. Let me know if your still interested.
I’ve been a member for a few years and definitely would not want any bad publicity. Now that I broke it down, I probably won’t do any more of these either. I originally did this one to put on my own vehicle.
