plastic bag

wanted, need the plastic bag for the jack on my 84 . i opened the spare tire cover to clean it and saw that plastic bag that goes around the jack was detiorated. it just fell apart.  if anyone knows where one is or can suggest someelse that i can use to take it's place please let me know.  i will pay any amount as long as it's resonable.  got to have it for the judges.  thanks
