Plastic Bag for Wheel Locking Kit

Does anyone have the plastic bag (10180888 DUJ on the outside of the bag) for 1994 coupe LT1?  Also, looking for the Roadside Assistance card that is supposed to be in the black owner's manual case in the glovebox.  Let me know if you are will to part with either of them.  These are the only things missing from our car.  thank you
