From the steering gear box to the tie rod ends, was rebuilt with new parts. The linkage, drag link etc... was corrosion inhibited and painted. The linkage was put on the car and then taken off to mount the rack and pinion. The original had only been driven in and out of the garage.

The Rack and Pinion is not for sale.

I'm putting this up sale or trade here first.

Cleaned painted, Gear box: Rebuilt
Power steering cylinder: New
Ram Slave Cylinder: New
Hoses: New

Steeroids. I have the same kit. Took my time and had it done in 6 hours. All bolt on. No cutting or welding necessary.

Major improvement IMHO. Thumbs Up

That laptop has seen better days and I'm trying to squeeze all the use out of it that I can. Wink

I agree, it's not hard, it just takes time. Pulling off the old linkage was harder than putting the new rack and pinion on. Looks super clean and opens up a lot of room on the drivers side for header clearance by getting that steering gear box off the car.

Their tie rod ends are different than stock ones, so pay extra attention to the instructions. The tie rod ends are tapered and seat differently than the stock ones do.

I got mine from Pacific Corvettes (local) who ordered through Speed Direct.
