Need an "R"!

Hi,
I'm in need of a single emblem letter "R" for the back end of my '72
stingray. I know I can order the whole set from the catalogs for around
$56. but all I REALLY NEED is a lonely 'R'. Anyone out there order a set
and have an extra R sitting around (will pay)!? Many Thanks,

If you can't find one maybe you should consider hitting one of the huge swap meets near Los Angeles. The Long Beach High Performance Swap Meet will be back around on February 13 and the Pomona Swap Meet is on March 6. There's always a ton of parts to buy at both of them. Just a thought....

M thanks for the tips, I've been meaning to hit the Pomona Swap (heard

I am really surprised that there wasn't a single wheel of fortune slam on this post.  Good thing you weren't looking for the "O", or you would have to buy a Vowel, I had to say it...................  anyway I am going to the swap meet up here in washington state Feb. 12 I will keep my eyes open for one. There is a place up here that deals a lot in small vette parts looking for there web site on i will post when I find it, sucks wen you can't remember where you put things.

letters by the pound out there, but sometimes you hit it and sometimes
you don't. Thanks for keeping an eye out for me...It's not cool driving a

Many, many thanks - I got impatient and bought a used set off eBay for
$27.00, just have to figure out the best way to attach it to the car (don't
want to glue the damn thing on!) maybe a makeshift rubber peg in the
back. What has everyone else done? Also, anyone in need of other letters,
lemme know.
