I know this is going to be a long shot, but I need a green rubber boot for the buckle side on my '69. My belt is fine, but the boot is ripped up.

Have you tried ebay or salvation places ? That should be much easier to find than the actual seat belt.
If you're not in a hurry and you have an ebay account, save the search (if it doesn't return anything you want right away) and have the result emailed to you on a daily basis for 6 months. This way, you wont have to look on ebay all the time; it will be delivered to your email account!
