battery tray compartment?

Battery tray compartment-as in the fiberglass box around the battery. some num nuts installed the battery lying on its side for the PO. acid did a number to the box the battery sits in and i want to replace the entire box as there holes eatin in it. looking for the bottom and as much of the 4 sided as i can get to glass in.

We have a '71 convertible. Looking for a lot of stuff:

lock actuator rod for left door (goes from lock/unlock knob to locking mechanism);

stainless trim and joiners for hardtop;

nice set of Saddle kick panels;

nice Saddle dash pads (upper and both lowers, or any of the three);

nice Saddle map pocket assembly;

nice set of Saddle seat belts without the shoulder belts;

left outside windshield post chrome trim;

emergency flasher switch assembly and knob;

correct original dipstick and dipstick tube for LS-5 454 engine;

front license plate bracket and mounting hardware;

show-quality inside rear view mirror;

Whatcha got that I need???

Redhot71 . Sounds like you have a nice vette there ! I have the door lock rod , one saddle kick panel (the other is black---could you dye ?) . The dash pieces I have are dark Green ----re dye ? Have the left w/s chrome trim , the front license bracket/hardware , and might have a "show" quality inside rear view mirror---will need to check . Thanks for the inquiry , Gorge

Do you have a shifter mounting bracket for a 68? It's a stock shifter.
