Barry, I'm not sure about the weight. The car itself is 6 1/2 ft X 2 1/2 ft so I figure the crate to ship it in would need to be 7ft X 3ft X 2ft (with antenna off) I estimated the weight to be 300 lbs but that could be a little much.
I'm 2977 miles from where the guy is in Oregon and the $800 estimate was by common carrier. $100 of that was fuel surcharge.
