I have a used hi-rise ( not L-88) long style ( eliminates W/W door ) hood for 68-72 vette. The PO apparently started to hit the top surface with chemical stripper, then changed his mind, I guess. Also, there is a small F/G repair to support channel. All are shown on available pictures.

I ended up with this hood when I bid on it & a L-88 hood, and won both. Instead of getting a rap as a bad E-Bayer, I took both and fitted each to my 72, and while both provided acceptable clearance for the dual plane manifold mounted carb & aircleaner, it appeared that the L-88 hood gave just a bit more room.

I'd really prefer a local pickuo in the Northern NJ area, but will lash it to my MC trailer and tow the puppy to a meet up with a buyer within reason (50-75 miles from Rockaway, NJ)

PS If the buyer picks up in Rockaway, I'll even throw in 12 ozs of cool refreshment.
