Somebody who really knows these radios told me the radio is a 1972 production run and was probably used in the 1973 model year. It is a mono radio with convector, and it does work. You will need 10 ohm speakers and knobs.
The nameplate info is Service Part Number 21VFP1, Serial Number 1014698, Delco Product Number 793571
I want to get $75.00 plus shipping for the radio with convector. I have posted a link to a picture below, the convector brackets are home-made and fit the existing holes under the dash cap on my 75.
