I don't know, I just thought this was funny. I was so lucky, my Pace Car came with everything except the Decal instructions.  I even have the original Bill of Sale and the first ever Title.

That is pretty funny. I wonder if someone (Big Brother?) could do a search on the VIN and find out who the current owner is?

I wound up spending about 30 minutes in that guys ebay store and could have spent a lot of money looking at interesting stuff. I did wind up buying a set  of jacking instructions for my vette.
