Judging from my car, I assume that the strut rods tend to get bent all of the time. After changing both of mine on my '68, I tossed the bent one but still have the straight one in the shed. They were original to the car.
Before I toss it, anyone can have the good one for the cost of shipping. It is straight & all it needs are new bushings & a coat of cast-blast. You can have the original set of camber bolts too.
I also have the original 9-leaf spring, but it really isn't worth the cost of shipping & rebuilding compared to the cost of a new one.
Anyone interested?
