82 For Sale

      Hey guys, just looked at a 82 in pretty good shape. The owner died and his wife wants to sell. It's silver/dark claret, glass topps, new motor and trans. There is 74,500 miles on it, about 8,000 on motor/trans. New GoodYear Eagles with 1500 miles, radiator, alternater, aircondition unit, mufflers, many new sensors, power steering, and seats have been recovered at local upholstry shop. She left it up to me. I was looking at the new Corvette Market price guide. Range is from12,000-21,500 plus 1,400 for alum. wheels and glass tops. To be fare to her and a good deal to someone in C-3, I was going to say 15,000. The receipts for all the work, will amount close to half. It needs a good cleaning and detailing. A little TLC!  Dick
