There is a Silver w/Red interior NOT numbers matching vette for sale in the OKC Metro area. Priced at $9k.
If anyone is interested, I'll go check it out. I know it has had some recent work, to include a new AC unit and brakes, but I have not personally laid eyes on it.
A buddy of mine in our club found it for sale.
Again, if anyone is interested, I'll get more details and arrange for pix.

Hi anyone, I read that matching numbers doesn't really make any difference in the value of a vette or in it's selling price. This was in an article of Corvette Magazine around last August??? I don't know if the numbers match on my 77 and I really don't care. I'm just courious, does anyone know if there is a difference or is it just a buyers preference. Gene

I work doing some work for a bro of mine who owns a hi-end vintage car dealership.. Yes, numbers affect price. On a driver, who cares is my philosophy. Personally and hipothetical If I was buying a nice 75 w/numbers or a nice 75 w/a zz4, odds are Im buying the zz4 car...

It really depends on the buyer. There are some guys that want the matching numbers and are willing to pay more. But it may take awhile to find that buyer.
