I damaged my Rear Crossover Line when I was mounting the Exhaust. So I bought a New Line set threw VetteBrakes and Products 21414 for $180. Turns out that Zip Products sells the one Line I needed Z-330ss for $23. I'll sell my Unused never out of the Box Kit for $75 and all You need to buy is the one Line so You will get it all for Under $100. Classic Tube is the one who makes them for VB&P. Probably the same for Zip. I'll ship it UPS for $20 or less if it is less anywhere in the USA.

Yes they can be changed without to much trouble. I did mine when I had the body off but it is not the same as the fuel lines. The are all most impossible to change with the body on.
By the way, I have the rear crossover line and the two brake lines that go back to the hoses if anybody needs them.

Its a bit tight getting to some of the Fittings here and there. I also had the frame off when I did it. (only 6" thow) But that really didn't make any diffrence. It was one of those Jobs I didn't look forward to that went very easy and ahead of the time I figured. I'd say that the new Lines fit better than the Originals that I took off. Keep in mind these are the Stainless ones and will not be Corect for the NRCS.

I changed all the brake lines on my 1979 to stainless, with the body on
I must admit it would be easer with out the body, but you can install
on a L-48 from the bottom and body on.
