Just wanted to see what y'all think a 69 Riverside Gold (some folks call it Poupon.... 
) 427 / 435 hp 4spd driver quality car might be worth? It is supposed to be numbers matching. I have seen a picture of it and it looks pretty fair.
It sports an L88 hood, OEM sidepipes, and Micky Thompson aluminum slots. Black interior. The owner just lost her job and thinks she might sell it. I plan on going to look at it in the near future and clicking a few pics.Once I do I will post um up.

My second Corvette was a '68 435 HP convertible. I sold it to a close friend partially restored after my heart attack. He just finished a frame off restoration and had it appraised at $90,000. That might give you an idea of the potential value of a '69. I can still hear the sound of that engine with open exhaust!

I have a pretty good idea of what the car is worth restored and the $$$ that might need to be spent to get there. I guess I was just looking for what the thoughts were for the initial purchase. I'm thinking around 30 give er take a few $$$.
I spoke with her again yesterday and gave her my phone number and email address. Her husband is supposed to send me some updated photos and a more detailed description. She wanted him to talk with me more about the car and setting up a viewing time.
