where has everybody been? Did everybody go on vacation? Or have you all been driving your vettes like it's your job!!!!!!!!!!!!School has been tough,so I haven't been able to drive my baby alot. I finally broke down tho and actually drove her to school the other day. And it was GOOD Nobody dinged her or anything and they said I should feel free to use 2 parking spaces for her.They are soooooooooo nice. Anyway what has everyone been up to? Let's hear about how your summer is going! Hope it's all been good...........annie

Now THATS my kind of town, 2 spaces for every Vette !!!!

I was in contact with FULLY VETTED a few months ago, but it seems
summer has made her elusive. Nime to email her and see whats the
deal....I' finished the interior of the '72 last
month and have been driving it ALL OVER town. That's what the summer
is for, CORVETTES !

 What, there's only 2 Vette girls out there?  I looked that up some time ago and all I found were old messages.

Yes, I like to drive my Vette like it's my job....!!  So, luvmy76....what are you studying?  I've been thinking about going back to school.

Lowbrowser, I see that your an "Artist."    Me too, but I do a different art thing.  I used to teach oil.

Yeah,where HAVE all the girls gone? There were about 3-4 on another site I visit,too...but havent seen any posts lately from then either.Maybe all the boring guy talk got old.. I think its great when I see a lady out with her vette on the roads around here

Micki.I'm taking nursing. It was realllllly tough getting back into the swing of things but it's not too bad now. I just don't get to drive my vette as much as I'd like tho!.......annie

Annie, that's really GREAT!! There is a large demand for nurses now.....smart choice. You go girl!!!

Yep, wish I could drive mine more too. Gotta get a new relay for the air conditioning & replace a bad wire. Both are under the dash.

One day, I want to take that old thing on a trip..I LOVE to drive it!!!

MAN, WE NEED SOME MORE LADY'S OUT THERE TO CHIT CHAT WITH!!! We could talk about some of our experiences with our Vettes!

 I've been driving my corvette to work as much as I can. I drove 1700 miles so far this year.  I also drove to Corvettes at  Carlisle and got  four 18 wheeler honks on the way out-- I'm not sure if it was the car or my legs!! I have to say that the price of gas has curbed my use of the car a bit--especially with the recent prices.  Kathy

I've been driving mine too to work, when I have a job. I'm a caricature artist and business is slow this time of year. I love the "ride" when it's not having a problem. Gas has really gone up the past 2 days!! Plus, I have to add the octane boost everytime I fill up. Shoot, I filled my other car, a '67 V.W. Bug (Garbage Can Green) up and it cost me $20.00!!    Now that's just plain sad!!

Kathy-yep, it must have been the "legs."
