my horn is not working 
i don't have electric door locks, the clock works 
the courtesy light works just no horn 
which i found out when a jerk ran a stop sign and almost bashed into my passenger door,right where my 5 yr old daughter was at the time 
thanks to quick reflexes and goo brakes a tragedy was avoided but i did flip the guy off please help me get my horn working!!!! i need to know how to pop the center button on my column, i have the tele/tilt wheel. hellllllllllp

Ann,
I would tell you to get the Assembly Manual for your car as your is the only one with the different steering wheel than the rest if the C3's have. Before your year it was a plastic steering wheel and after, GM went with a leather wheel. Your steering wheel is the same one that was used in the, sorry to say, VEGA! GM got a lot of complaints about that so they switched back to plastic I believe for one year and then to the leather wheel when they did the restyle. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

thanks Nikki! i just bought the gm assembly manual, a chiltons,and an owners manual.Trying to find somthing called a Helm's manual? anyone out there know where to find one?

just to let everyone know i did get the button out and i found a glob of black putty silastic and epoxy i guess the guy couldn't get the button to stay so he put all that crap in there and didn't care if it worked or not! got it all cleaned up but still need to get it to work.oh well here comes my weekend project again

There should be an upper horn contact and also a lower one. Sounds like your upper is FUBARred, if you know what I mean
