Vette(s): my wife had her 1979 Corvette since new,it was a demostration model on the lot she bought it from so it had 5000 KMS already.It it that very light blue with a L48 Auto

I am just the messenger for my wife Claire,she owns the 79 Light Blue L48 Corvette that she has had since new,she bought it as a demo model being that the owner of the Chevy Dealership in Ont drove it as his own until she bought it.When her car is to be restored it will be to her specs (not mine) I am just the wrench so to speak.My wife is not very handy with the Internet so she will get me to come here to read the messages so if you see my handle here it will be her doing the talking(so to speak).Anyway just letting you girls know you have one more owner here from BC Canada.Ask her to post her 1980 pic with her Vette ! streetstock72 2009-01-28 16:01:23

You are one lucky guy. Bought my 71 vette in 71. Got married in 73. 31and 1/2 years later, vette still here. New girl in my life has her own 91 vette. Don't have to say more.

Vette(s): #1 -1969 Corvette Coupe Riverside Gold, black interior,MN,A/C,350/350,PS,PB,window cranks. #2 -2000 C5, black/black, 6 sp, Bose system & lots of buttons.

Well..............tell your wife I said "Howdy!" I'm another female that bought and ownes a vette ('69). Can't drive the '69 now because it's in the shop getting an engine overhaul.....it was about time. Until I get her back, I have to drive a C5 as my daily. Welcome aboard, glad to hear from ya!
