Personally, I've been divorced for 18 years now, the ones on the ground scare me and the ones on top of the tree keep looking up.
Haven't been stomped in years and don't need permission to go spend a couple of grand on another toy or new tool. My married friends come by frequently to "get away" and their wives love to come for my cooking too! Explain to me what I'm missing please.

Dave, ya know the first marriage is practice, dontcha?
What are you missing? Life with THE one; someone you love, who loves you, who shares some of your interest (need to have your own, too), etc. etc. It's kinda like lookin for the right Vette.....

Sounds like a great gal Dennis, at least liking cars ( vettes ) is a good prerequisite for a lasting relationship........

Woman are like apples on trees. The best ones are at the top of the tree.
Most men don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they sometimes take the apples from the ground.....that aren't as good, but are easier to get. The apples at the top think something is wrong with them, when in reality, thery're amazing. They just have to wait for the right man to come along, the one who is brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree.
Now men . . . men are like a fine wine. They begin as grapes, and it's up to women to stomp the crap out of them until they turn into something acceptable to have dinner with.
I say get an axe and cut the damn tree down and pick what you want.
