the meeage page is half in wide, iam logged in, the rest of the forum comes in ok,the reply page is moved all the way to the right its trying to reply with a white cane, when I click the help page all I get is a gray blank screan, I had no problems with the old format thanks anips

It would help to know what type of computer, the operating system, and the internet browser you are using.

I'am not on a computor, I'am hooked toMSN Web T.v service. When they first changed over to the new format I had the same thing happen to me with the log in page, but that cleared up in a few days. now that ilook at the reply page is to the left side of the screen. are they still working the bus out of the new format? just as long as someone knows that there might be a problem .AAnips

Read the thread on MSN/Hotmail users. I think Adam identified the problem for you in there. There are certain things these users must do in order to use the new format, I think.

How is it now?

Tryed the reply page today and everything works fine as you can tell by my spelling, Thanks Adam. The only other problem I have is the little blue box that drops down from main pages that list sub pages. The contrast between the box and what I think is white lettering is dim,its hard to read the sub page titles, Thanks Again, Anips
