One other thing that I dont like is when you select a topic it takes you to the last post, then I have to scroll back up to the original topic.

Where are you clicking to get to the topic? Are you clicking the topic name or the little arrow?
What browser? What about on the VetteRegistry.net home page?
So many questions...so little time...
I use Firefox only. When I was seeing the white space, it was on every page I clicked on for C3VR. I didn't notice it at all on C4VR, tho.
Right now, there is no white area/space, but this laptop is a turd....dang!!
HEY!!! That message JUST popped up! It actually says "Loading...", tho, not error. It pops up so quick it's hard to see, but I just sat here and waited for it while moving the cursor all over the page. Is that maybe part of the new software that "saves" the page while you're typing a response?
I don't know what to think about the white space...it was there all last evening for me, at home, and this morning, too. The page(s) still load the same as always(for dial-up)...no issues with page load speed, or script issues.
I'll check this eve. and see if it is still like that, and then close/re-start Firefox. It may be a browser deal....

Yes, the "loading..." thing is normal. It is part of the keep-your-session-alive stuff.
So, basically, you're saying the white space is just you being insane?

btw, for the record, I was sitting on this thread page for a few hours without doing a thing on it. Then I typed into the Quick Reply box (copied my text to the clipboard, just in case), then clicked "Post Reply" button. It posted immediately. That was pretty cool! Couldn't do that before!

Otay, re-starting Firefox seems to have done the trick...I did send you(Adam) a screen-shot of what I was seeing.
I beginning to wonder if Firefox hasn't up-graded itself to oblivion. Every time they update it, it gets worse...
