I have noticed that an overwhelming majority of the new member introductions are for "trial" memberships. Has anyone, Adam, figured what percentage of trial members upgrade to a full membership when the trial period expires? I am a numbers guy by profession and I just have a need to know. Thanks.

There was a discussin on this topic a few months back, by the mods. Adam did run some numbers at that time. I think the problem with getting a real percentage is hard, due to the differing dates of joins/expires/upgrades.

August and September always spike because of Carlise and Funfest.  We need to get to more shows throughout entire the year!!

how many paid members we lose per month.  This is pretty disturbing. The August and September numbers mean that we are losing a lot of people that signed up at Carlisle and Funfest.

Thanks Adam! That's exactly what I was talking about. I wonder if we could ask them before their trial period expires why they were not interested in upgrading to a paid membership. Seems like we lose a lot of potential paying members. This is not a big deal to me, I was just curious. Thanks for the time that you put in this.

What I can not understand is why we are loosing GOLD members...

Unless these guys have sold their C3(s) ...thats my guess...

To be honest I have been extremely inactive all winter, health and other
reasons... and if I were not a lifetime member I most likely woul have logged on today only to see my membership had expired...  Been that kind of winter..  MY 72 and 79 have had expired tags on them since November and January ..
