Correct, it is not working yet.
However, in the meantime you can use the Google Search C3VR box on the right side of the Home Page. BUT, you have to be careful that it still has references to the old forum. Anything with a URL of http://www.VetteRegistry.net/forum/..... will not be useful. But if it starts with http://www.VetteRegistry.net/vrforums/.... will. It seems it takes a long time for google to purge the bad links from it's database.
I will get the search working as soon as I can.
