Can anyone tell me if removing photos from your personal c3vr folder will impact any posted topics where you used those photos in the post?

Yes it will. Removing the picture from your folder will produce the 'little box with the red x' in it where ever the picture was referenced.

If you move the picture to a different place the same thing will happen unless you edit the post(s) where the picture is referenced and put in the new URL.
