First, as it says on the Show Entry Form, your photo is taken from Your C3 Registration. I looked at your registration and you did not fill in the Photo URL line.
Second, the "Vette Picture URL" line of your Profile is wrong. You do NOT want the IMG tags in that line, just the HTTP address by itself.

Go to your registration page. Where it says photo URL it should look something like this http://www.C3VR,com/member_uploads/1100_1200/1147/corvette.jpg .
