All you need to do is go to the NCM website. Choose your brick size then what you would like to have on the brick.
And don't forget to mention your NCM Ambassador (that would be me!) on the form so ambassador points get assigned.

I just got a brick to add to the Ambassador area and contributed to the large Ambassador brick. Supposed to be in 10L section.

I got my brick when I bought my membership 12 years ago. The cost of the brick goes to support the NCM.
