Adam, my computer keeps refreshing the message box when I was in the chat room. I can't type a sentance without having the cursor go away. I remember you suggested to try someting, and I did. Can you refresh my memory what the steps were. The same thing happens when I try to send an IM. Perhaps, I missed a step.

What is "the message box"; is it Outlook ?
If so, there is a POP3 setting somewhere, where you can set the refresh rate (in minutes).

The one I'm refering to is the box at the bottom of the chat room screen, where you would type in your comment or reply. The same goes for the IM box, it's the outgoing message box at the bottom of the IM screen. As far as I know it's part of the website. I'll poke around the computer and see if I can find the setting your refer to.
