Hey Charlie,
If you're refering to one of your threads in the 'C3 Handling Components' forum I suggested to the moderator (bill0830) that it looked like the 17' wheels and 17" wheels threads were duplicates. By locking down one thread all the conversation on the topic would be focused in the open thread rather than spread across both threads.
If they are not duplicates the lock can easily be removed.
