Have a new 'Smart Phone' and can't get C3VR e-mail account to add

So - I finally broke down and made the quantum leap to a new(er) cell phone.  I was able to add a couple of gmail e-mail accounts without a problem but I can't get the C3VR e-mail to add.  I'm using the same parameters I used to access the account on my Amazon Fire tablet.  I'm confused.  

Anyone else have issues accessing their C3VR e-mail account on an Android cell phone?

Interesting. I've never tried to add it since I have it forward that email to my personal Gmail account. I'll have to give it a try and let you know. It may be a setting on your c3vr email account where you have to allow SMTP or POP access to your account.

I figured it out.  I was trying to go through the phone accounts setup which for some reason would not allow it to be added.  Going through the Gmail account setup process I was able to add it fine so I'm good to go now.
