I thought of a great idea for a future C3VR calendar. Have all our regions submit group Vette pictures, or several members Vettes from the same cities and/or states. This would also allow for more Vettes in one year of the calendar and give more of a chance for you to get your Vette in the calendar.

Vette(s): Silver 1974 Convertible - L82 4 speed
Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

I like it!!
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

I'll second that
I wonder who's doing the NW shot
Maybe as a contest to see what region can get more members together for the photo. Sure would motovate people to show up for a picture.

Edit: Wait !!!! We don't have twelve different regions

So far, the Mid-West has had two separate gatherings (ok, 2nd one is currently scheduled...) this year. I suppose we could take two pages... You could also get pix from those who gather at Fun Fest, Carlisle, NCM functions, etc.

Great idea Aaron, I guess as much as we do here together in the NW we could take up six months. It will be funny to have 8 different opinions on which pic is the one to use.

Don't forget the previous years C3VR gathering photo

This subject is endless
We could do a specialty photo calender, either photoshop entries, specialty pictures, who knows.

Another idea I had thought of is online voting on members favorite pictures. Members submit a picture they would like in the calendar and we all vote on the favorites. Top 12 win a spot in the calender
All you need to do is start a poll with links to all the pics. It's a lot of work but I'd be up for the task.

Hey guy's not to throw sour grapes but I think the main draw to the callander is to see large detailed photo's of different rides so you can judge how yours stand up to them. Group photo's would be like a page full of thumbnails. Just a thought. Save the wave.

also don't forget the publishing cost of the calendars. Adam keeps our cost down by getting a lot price on the calendars, if each region had a calendar (I really like the idea) the cost would go up: but maybe everyone would buy a set of calendars (one from each region) to keep the cost down?
