i read your instrutions on how to down load pics i have been trying to do so all day. i don't know whats wrong. however it keeps saying the pic's are to large or it said wrong pass word is there something i'm doing or what. i have followed your instrutions to a tee. i go into my personal folder and there's noughthing there. help
