Hey gang, just thought I would let you know. I bought a new gas tank from Bair's. When I mentioned that I seen his ad in C3VR he gave me a 10% discount. I dont know if this is because of C3VR or just his normal practise. Either way, I am glad I bought it there. |wavey|

SOLD - "The Toy" - '70 Convertible

SOLD - "Betty" - '28 Ford Model A Tudor
SOLD - "BLKBRRD" - '78 Pontiac Trans Am
"BLUBYU" - '04 Coupe
What made you decide on Bair's - the ad or better pricing (before the discount)? Just curious.

Actually it was the ad. I checked the pricing in all of the magazines that I have and the published discount schedule and found that everyone is about the same price on tanks. So I felt that patronizing a C3VR advertiser would help the site maintain ads. and give C3VR a little plug.

I bought new trailing arm assemblies from Bairs, they had better pricing than the catalogs, plus their phone service was spectacular. They are great to work with and their quality is top notch! The trailing arms were works of art, and the parking brake works! Joe

I have to agree with the positive feedback concerning Bairs. They rebuilt my trailing arms and supplied me with all the parts needed to complete the overhaul, front and rear. Excellent service and phone support. they have my vote for dependability and value.
