Vette(s): 1978 L48, p/s, p/w/ factory ac car factory manual trans has a 350 crate engine w/260hp, but also have original which may be rebuilt- we also have a 76 w/ a 454, and 74 350 in various stages of being rebuilt, plus an 86 and an 02....
Ok- I'll be shameless..... I'm really new- but consider me- Goodness knows- I need the help. In 24 hours you guys have answered a question two people at a local dealership gave me blank duh looks about for an hour..... and if anyone has bodywork questions, or parts questions- ya'll know more than me, but I've found really good deals on some things....

Count me in! I have not counted but I have posted a few question here and there. Wow this is a great offer and so far I think a great site. I got C3 Corvette stuff coming out my ears, of course it's Black!

Ummm... Don't know if this helps, but I had the same thing happen to me in my 67 mustang- turns out a wire coating had worn through, grounded and shorted the electrical system- stunk terribly, filled the car with smoke, etc...... if you haven't found the problem- check at the firewall.... just a thought. Hope you get it fixed and heal up yourself quickly (:
