Hi Ted,
Click on the Help link just above the About tab and drill into the 'Adding a Photo to Your Forum Signature' link. Gold and LifeTime members have access to a Personal File Folder area with in the site to store images for easy use. But any image stored on an internet server can be used in your signature, registry, and profile places.
If you need some assistance after reading the Help text, feel free to ask any of the members and/or moderators. I guarantee you that you'll get a TON of help...!!!

Or you can click on Image when making a reply and putting a file name between the two fields.

Hmm, did you try the Preview feature before you posted it?
You have to have the complete path/file name between the \IMG\ symbols, like:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\My Pictures\Covered Bridges Tour\75 Left Rear at Palmers.jpg

You need to know the URL (or HTTP address) of your photo file. Then place that between the two IMG tags in your post. It would look like this:
!IMG!http://www.somesite.com/myphotos/photo1.jpg!/IMG!
Note the ! should be |

Your images need to be uploaded and stored on an internet site in order for them to be seen by all. If they are on your local hard drive you will be the only one to see them.

No wonder it worked for me and no one else. When I moved to the picture to a different directory, it didn't work so great. Actually it didn't work at all.
See ole guys can still learn things. So, to get the space to upload the pix, one needs to be a gold or Lifetime member, right?

No attached photo from my hard drive this time.
