How come no one told me the Preview Button did work right?!?! 
In case you tried and it didn't work, it didn't work right because I only had it turned on for my account.

It wasn't actually showing the preview.
It was only bringing you back to the message edit window.
Try another one now, and do a prview and see if you notice a difference.
After you hit Preview, you should see a white box with just a preview of the message, then a box below that that is the message edit window.
