Hey gang.
Just wondering what you think of C4VR so far. I know it's only been about 6 days, but just curious.

So far...sooo GUD!

Seems it may take a little longer for the place to get hoppin, once folks get used to it.

Like anything new, it will need some time to find it's legs. People will have the see the value of a site competing with the Forum, etc. But I think it's a worthwhile undertaking that can add value to the C4 experience, so I'll continue to check in.
And I especially like the mechanic page, nice resource.jimmymack 2009-03-25 11:48:14

The main forums are sequenced just like a service manual is...Engines first, then Body, Interior, etc. It's just more natural, it seems.
The forums are a little more "specific" than other forums, but it makes it easier to look for or post something specific, rather than having just a basic, generic "Performance/Tech" forum...
Glad youse guys are enjoying it...

I agree. That being said, why are the posts limited to the past 24 hours? Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting I missed?

There is a "24 hour" active post page, but you can select how far back you want to go at any time from the active topics page. At the top, left of the page, under the ad banner, you'll see a window with "Show Topics", and a selection box after it. From there, you can set it to read from the last 15 minutes, to the last year. It will stay that way until the next time you log in. At that point, it will show active topics since your last visit.
I use the "Active Topics" page as my "Home" page, for when I log in. I have it saved as a "bookmark", so when I want to come to C4VR, I click on the bookmarked "C4VR", and it takes me directly to the "Active Topics" page. This works well for me. Others may have the C4VR home page as their shortcut/bookmark.
