Welcome to the all new Vette Registry!

VetteRegistry.net is a new site, launched 9/28/2025, but it was born as a combination of the original C3 Vette Registry, C4 Vette Registry & C6 Vette Registry sites. The content from those sites has been combined but also content for all Corvette generations has also been added!

The membership from all three sites has been transferred to the new site as well.

Read on to learn more about the reason behind the new site, annual Gatherings, updates to memberships and more.

Changes Over the Years

After over two decades of running the CX Vette Registries (24 for C3VR, 22 for C6VR and 16 for C4VR) many things have changed! When C3VR was launched, the latest Corvette generation was only the C5, Facebook wasn't even invented yet, and online community forums were super popular.

Over those 24 years, three more Corvette generations were added, Facebook was launched, and their "Groups" feature quickly became very popular. The C3VR membership has also changed. The original founding members have changed, too. Some members sold their C3 to get a different generation; others added another Corvette generation to their garage.

When I go to Carlisle, or other locations, to promote the Registries, all day long people ask why I don't also offer a registry for C1s, C2s, C5s, C7s, and C8s. Also, activity in the C3VR forums (and the other Registry sites) had dropped off dramatically over the years, likely as a result of changing Corvette ownership and the evolution of social media.

With all of these changes over the past quarter century, I decided it is time for the Registries to change too.

The New "Vette Registry"

The new site, Vette Registry, includes all current Corvette generations. As new model years and new generations are added, they will be added here too. This will allow Corvette owners and enthusiasts that own one generation or multiple to have a single resource for all their needs. All of the features of the original sites remain in place, but are also expand. For instance, the Corvette Stats page on each site only included that site's generation. Now all generations will be included.

Annual Gatherings

The combination will allow our annual (C3VR) Member Gatherings to include a much larger number of people, starting with the 2026 Gathering!

Site Changes

The new site has been given a complete modern makeover meaning all the pages look even better, are mobile-friendly and support "dark mode." You can even pick a color scheme to personalize your experience (at the bottom of every page or in your profile). There are also some new features too, like "mentions" in a forum post.

Membership Changes

Regarding your membership. There will continue to be four levels of membership: Free, Standard, Gold, and Lifetime.

All existing membership have carried over to the new site at the same level they are already signed up for. (C4VR & C6VR only had a Free level).

If at a paid level, you will have the same expiration date for that paid level.

If you have a paid membership and let that paid membership expire you will automatically be converted to the Free membership level. You can always upgrade to any higher level at any time.

All C4VR & C6VR members are still at the Free level and will stay Free forever, but can choose to upgrade at any time, if they wish.

All expired members were reinstated as "Free". All Free members can and will stay Free forever, unless they choose to upgrade.

Standard and Gold members will continue to be an upgrade with a fee that covers you for one year.

Lifetime will continue to be a single payment that covers your for life.

Each level, of course, has its own features and benefits. You can see those here.

Also, for the first time since I started offering paid levels over 20 years ago, the cost associated with each will be going up. Standard will be $20 for one year. Gold will be $40 for one year. Lifetime will be a single payment of $499.

To help ease this transition and to celebrate the launch of the new site, all paid memberships will be discounted 20% for a few weeks after launch! If you are currently a free member or are within 30 days of your paid level expiration, you can take advantage of this offer!

We wouldn’t be here without you!

The Registries wouldn’t be here for so long if not for the participation and support of members like you! I hope you will find the new site modern, fun and as useful as I think it will be. I invite and strongly encourage you to become active in our forums once again.

I'm sure some folks have questions. You can reply to this thread if you have any questions or comments for me about the new site.

As always, thank you for your support! I appreciate you being here on the new site and for experiencing the next chapter in Vette Registry history!
