To paraphrase Henry Ford...
You can have any color you want as long as it is white with red letters.

Adam,
I hope you are serious, but I suspect you are being cynical.
I would love to put one on the front of my Vette, but NYS says I have to put their plate there.
I guess I could hang one on the wall of my garage, but not many other Vettes will see it there.
I could put it below my front plate, but it might scrape the road.
Ok, I'll get one and figure out where to put it later.
No wise cracks from Joel!!!

Sorry can't put a white plate on the front of a Black Vette, oh wait
But I did send the link to the plate and the history of "Save the Wave" to a few friends in Corvette clubs to pass around

Talk to Iron82. He doesn't have one on his front bumper...he brings it to shows and displays it in his back window. You can do that, or get one for your garage or as a gift for someone. Be creative!

Adam,
If you can fit a couple in your suitcase, bring them to Carson City and I'll take them.
